VOICE of WOMAN
This project was born with the goal to give the opportunity to woman to talk about themselves and about their life, freely, through the medium of photography.
The mission is give photographic skills to woman (in refugee camps in the south east of Turkey) to help them document their situation and can speak through their voice, starting from their daily experiences, using photography as a tool of human emancipation.
During the project the women will have access to computers for post their work on an interactive website, designed for the project, which will become an important tool of visual communication and an important dialogue between woman in all the Turkish area, with hope that it will become a channel through which the woman can voice their losses, frustrations and differences but also, it is hoped, find common ground and friendship with other woman.
At the end of the project a selection of the work created will be made public through a virtual exhibition.
The main objective of this project will aim to create awareness of the issues affecting the lives of
the woman of this area and to further dialogue and understanding between all the woman in the country, putting light on, not so much on the differences, but on the similarities.
This project also gives these women the opportunity to learn how to use the medium of photography and some digital software for the post production of the images, as well the use of some virtual platforms of communication, such as websites, blogs, and other possible social network.

SHOW YOUR VOICE
Show Your Voice is a photography experience whose main goal is to create opportunities for children that live in less fortunate areas of the world, teach them how to use the medium of Photography as a tool for personal expression and documentation of the social reality in which they live.
In many parts of the world children grow up in an environment in which politic and political actions seem to be the only chance for redemption from a condition of subjugation and poverty where fundamental rights (such as the right of self-determination, of personal expression, of language, etc.) are denied.
In this situation children are constantly permeated by political ideologies at the expense of their education. They are not given the opportunity to learn how to express their personal point of view, their thoughts (unique and inviolable) about the world.
Make Art, not Politic. Art is the ability to express oneself creatively. Educating to art is teaching a more constructive (creative) approach to Reality. Through art children can express themselves freely, experiment themselves.
